What will you be doing?

This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic, curious, and motivated individual to support our sales enablement team. You will help develop and execute strategies to empower our commercial organization to effectively market and master Circana's consumer solutions, providing tools, methodologies, and training to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a library of support materials including proposal templates, case studies, and presentations.
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and reference documents.
  • Synthesize content effectively and manage cross-functional communication.
  • Support and troubleshoot Circana's commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and gather feedback.
  • Continuously improve sales enablement processes and materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related fields, preferably within CPG, research, or marketing services.
  • Experience with syndicated data solutions like Nielsen is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Location

This position is remote, within the USA. Candidates may be asked to consent to background checks. Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, plus bonus potential.
