Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regional Sales Enablement Consultant to craft compelling client narratives and drive growth across a designated geographic region. You will collaborate with PM Market Leaders, SMEs, and marketing teams to prepare sales materials and support complex pursuits.

Responsibilities include prospect research, opportunity tracking, and developing client-focused content using Office and design tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant sales, business development, sales enablement, or client-facing experience.
  • Sales into Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar client-facing sales role preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills enabling you to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications; InDesign is a plus.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for the preparation and delivery of Property Management (PM) sales materials across their assigned geography. Working alongside the Regional Sales Lead for their geography, this person partners with many facets of the business to support and develop next steps with new and prospective clients. The ability to listen and generate “story telling” product is essential for this role while working with internal constituents including PM Market Leaders, SMEs, national marketing, and product teams, etc. Fundamental requirements are the ability to develop, design and evolve client solutioning discussions and pitch opportunities, with the ultimate goal in driving growth across the respective region and in support of the PM business holistically, supporting multiple pursuits simultaneously, this role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, interface with clients, and curate compelling narratives to deliver excellent materials on a deadline.

What You’ll Do
Sales Administration
  • Supports the sales process from prospecting through proposal development, partnering with Regional Sales Leads and operations teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and advance pursuits through the pipeline.
  • Conducts prospect research, account profiling, and market intelligence gathering to support outreach strategies and sales pursuit planning in partnership with US Client Solutions (USCS) Client Intelligence.
  • Coordinates client engagement activities during complex pursuits, including scheduling meetings, supporting discovery sessions, tracking follow-up actions, and preparing client-facing materials throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partners with Regional Sales Leads to maintain pipeline visibility, track opportunity progress, and facilitate successful handoff to implementation and transition teams following contract award.
Sales Enablement
  • Partner with Regional Sales Leads and business SMEs to support client pursuits, develop compelling sales messaging, and identify key client priorities that strengthen proposals and presentations.
  • Develop sales presentations, pursuit materials, prospecting assets, and proposal responses using Microsoft Office and design tools to support business development efforts across your assigned geography.
  • Support the development of client-facing content, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with client needs while identifying opportunities to strengthen value propositions.
  • Leverage CBRE sales tools, templates, and CRM resources to ensure deliverables are aligned with CBRE brand standards and sales best practices.
Sales Community
  • Actively contribute to sales enablement and business development best practice libraries, sharing successful prospecting, outreach, and pursuit strategies.
  • Attend training and development programs to improve awareness of PM products, services, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the CBRE central marketing team and ensure alignment with CBRE marketing and brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with PM product owners and strategic partners.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant sales, business development, sales enablement, or client-facing experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Sales into Real Estate experience preferred
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), account development professional, or similar client-facing sales role preferred.
  • Strong sense of customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, qualify, and engage prospective clients while supporting complex sales pursuits.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with InDesign is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills enabling you to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong prospect research, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking skills.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sales Enablement Consultant position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sales Enablement Consultant position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
