Qualifications

Majors include Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or Organizational Leadership.
Preferred experience in healthcare, employee engagement, or sales operations.
Experience creating presentations, conducting research, and leading projects.
Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot, or AI-enabled tools preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects.
Completes work assignments based on business needs and priorities.
Performs a mix of technical and non-technical tasks that will cover a broad range of business-related projects.
Creates and delivers presentations at completion of internship.
Maintains confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with company policies.
Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
