The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Your role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. You will help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms, and transition them to our Service department to support their ownership experience.
This position is commission-based, with an average monthly compensation ranging from $2,858 to $7,757.
