Cricket Wireless LLC is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead one California retail location. You will drive sales, develop the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations.

This hands-on leadership role offers $18.50 per hour base, uncapped commissions, daily bonuses, and a potential store performance bonus. Earn up to $7,000 per month with strong results, training opportunities, and clear paths to District Manager and other promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and manage daily store operations.
• Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and performance targets.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Train and develop new and existing employees.
• Monitor store KPIs and implement improvements.
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company standards.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate store performance and operational issues to district leadership.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
