Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store targets through engaging with customers and promotions.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that reflect brand values.
• Participate in piercing services training and maintain a sterile environment.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve goals.
• Represent the Claire's brand with enthusiasm and fashion tips.
