Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for repairs, replacements, upgrades, and additional services.
• Educate homeowners on findings and available solutions; provide tailored recommendations.
• Present estimates, address questions, and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service/installation teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to work.
