Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Contribute to store events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid shopping.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Aim to meet and exceed store performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards, identify issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory and stocking as required.
