Director of Kingston Consulting Global Ltd, Global Search Consultants in the Technology sector

Our client is a leading software/services provider with a well-established and highly successful business. As part of the organisation's strategic growth plans, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Leader to manage a global sales team (currently 4/5 people) and grow new business for Customer Support services to major customers in the video games industry.

You will need proven experience in managing new business sales teams, direct experience of selling Customer Support/Engagement services, and ideally with experience of the video games industry.

*Location is flexible in North America

  • Leading a sales team and executing sales development strategies for existing and prospective customers. Assisting the team in closing deals where required.
  • Working with other sales teams across the business to identify new opportunities in large customers, then developing and executing on the strategy.
  • Support in account management where required, managing relationships and participating in customer review meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading sales teams to generate new business.
  • Strong experience in selling Customer Support/Engagement services.
  • Experience of the video games industry and selling to major customers in the sector.
  • Relationship-building and success with multinational clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.
