About the Sales Director, US Demand Role:

After enjoying significant success, Onetag is now rapidly scaling internationally and is looking for a programmatic sales leader to join our US based Demand sales team. As the Sales Director US,you will play a pivotal role in expanding Onetag’s footprint in the US market.

The Sales Director US is an operational role, focused on driving revenue growth, margin improvements, and business development initiatives in the US. The position reports to the SVP, Global Sales, Demand & Partnerships. You will collaborate and work closely with the SVP, Sales, Demand & Partnerships to evangelise the Onetag solution within tier 1 media agencies & independents. You will operate strategically to maximise sales opportunities, utilising your extensive book of contacts to establish your own revenue pipeline and driving adoption of the Onetag solution within your agency patch(s).

This is an opportunity to take an innovative ad tech solution to market, leveraging your extensive industry experience, agency and brand relationships, and strategic sales acumen to drive demand-side revenue growth!

What You’ll Do:

Working in an ad tech startup means that things often change, and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Onetag as a leading programmatic platform in the US.
  • Grow and manage a pipeline of agency, brand, and independent trading desk clients, focusing on driving new business and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Generate and own revenue targets, consistently delivering on ambitious growth objectives.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals, leveraging your deep industry relationships within tier 1 media agencies, independents, and brands.
  • Drive new demand through innovative deal structures, including PMPs, curation deals, and private marketplaces.
  • Represent Onetag at industry events in the US, evangelizing our technology and strengthening our market presence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to optimize client performance and campaign success.
  • Provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI.
  • Play a key role in hiring and scaling a US-based sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Skills You’ll Have:
