Our client seeks an experienced Sales Director specializing in the transportation and railroad sectors to lead and expand our Engineering, Digital, and IT services portfolio within the railroad industry. This role requires a deep understanding of railroad operations and engineering, with a proven ability to drive large-scale engineering projects, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with CIO organizations and other key stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with Engineering Services Providers (e.g., TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Concentrix) and proven sales experience with Class 1 Railroad companies, such as UPRR (preferred), Norfolk Southern, Canadian Pacific, and BNSF.
