What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth in thermal service and parts, focusing on key clients and large project opportunities
- Lead large project sales to maximize win rates and develop effective sales strategies

- Forge and strengthen senior relationships with key customers to drive aftermarket thermal solutions
- Manage a technical resource team to design, configure, and scope thermal service solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- 12+ years of sales experience with high-profile accounts
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex transactions with multiple decision-makers
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a matrix management environment and with all levels within the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA and/or Engineering degree
- Understanding of HVAC products, critical environments, and service offerings
