Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of progressive sales experience within the CPG industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing national retail accounts, Target and/or the U.S. Drug Channel preferred.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic customer growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term commercial strategy for Target and U.S. Drug Channel across multiple brands.
• Own annual business planning, negotiations, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver flawless launches and assortments.
