Job summary

Vitality Living Dallas is seeking a Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and revenue in our Preston Hollow community. You will build relationships with prospective residents and referral partners, and guide creative marketing initiatives that keep the community thriving.

This role requires a strategic, people-first leader with 3+ years of senior living sales, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of successful sales and leasing experience, preferably in senior living, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expertise in sales strategy execution and lead management, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and competitive analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue targets through move-ins, pricing, and outreach.
• Develop quarterly sales and marketing plans focused on move-ins, referral generation, events, and local outreach.
• Build relationships with prospective residents by delivering personalized experiences and communicating the community’s value.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversions, and CRM data to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide sales and pricing strategies.
