Scientific Search client, a global leader in developing, sourcing, and supplying pharmaceutical, food, nutritional, and animal health ingredients, has an immediate need for a Sales Director, Pharmaceuticals – USA/Europe. This is a full-time, direct hire position within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop existing accounts and projects, demonstrating excellent professional performance.
  • Utilize and expand customer relationships to grow the customer base and sales.
  • Transition customer relationships and business into the new role.
  • Provide product information, samples, and documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical staff to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows such as CPHI worldwide/China/India, DCAT, and visit manufacturing partners as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular visits; maintain CRM data, call reports, and action plans.
  • Maintain good relationships with API manufacturers and customers.
  • Travel internationally for customer visits, supplier meetings, and strategic discussions, including trips to Asia.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations and creating sales/marketing materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
