Develop solutions that capitalize on channel and new business opportunities for the OPTIMA brand. Achieve sales plans for volume, margin, and market share for OPTIMA. Lead and develop the OPTIMA field sales organization and agency partners to deliver commercial growth objectives. Develop channel and route-to-market strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and market share growth. Create and lead growth plans for key customers and strategic partners while strengthening executive customer relationships. Lead e-commerce, Amazon, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer growth strategies. Drive specialty distributor and performance aftermarket growth across enthusiast, marine, powersports, and emerging channels. Establish commercial KPIs, sell-out visibility, and performance metrics to drive data-based decisions. Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer activation plans.
