What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain technical expertise on the Remed System and manage reimbursement processes
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with hospital/system leadership
  • Conduct performance reviews and support the development of team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical device company
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales conduct
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in the cardiopulmonary medical device market
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
