What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
  2. Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
  3. Maintain technical and subject matter expertise on the Remed System and relevant reimbursement processes
  4. Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership to promote treatment programs
  5. Conduct performance reviews and manage the learning and development opportunities of direct reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
  3. At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
  4. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales conduct
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills
