What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
- Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and engage with C-suite hospital leadership to promote the value of the remed? System
- Conduct performance reviews, making recommendations for compensation changes and promotions
- Maintain technical expertise on the remed? System and relevant reimbursement issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical device company
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
