Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Director (Team of 10) to help shape and execute our client’s sales vision, leading a talented team toward ambitious revenue goals.

In this critical role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact—crafting winning strategies, coaching accomplished salespeople, and strengthening key client relationships in a fast-paced, competitive market. This role focuses on clients and prospects with $1B+ in annual revenue. As a critical segment of the business, the priority is both to protect existing relationships and drive meaningful growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing a team of ~ 10. Selling across a full portfolio—targeting technology companies across the broader tech ecosystem. This position reports directly to the Group Vice President (GVP) of Enterprise Sales.

This position can be located in an approved remote location in the United States, with a preference for East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings targets through new business acquisition and renewals across assigned accounts.
  • Lead Account Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that prioritize high-impact client engagement, build strong pipelines, and drive revenue growth across $1B+ technology companies.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress through all deal stages.
  • Coach and Develop Talent: Mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Deliver Client-Centric Solutions: Promote a consultative, solution-based sales approach aligning offerings with client objectives.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Expand relationships with key decision-makers to maximize retention and uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, including 5+ years of sales management
  • Experience in technology industries is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to senior leaders at large technology vendors
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams to exceed targets
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
