Voltera Power, LLC is searching for a Sales Director focused on enhancing its presence in the transportation electrification market. The ideal candidate will lead customer engagement and account management, contribute to commercial success in EV charging projects, and ensure alignment across internal teams.

We are looking for a Sales Director to increase Voltera’s presence within the transportation electrification space. This person will be responsible for identifying, nurturing relationships with, and closing deals with fleet customers who will utilize Voltera-developed electric vehicle charging depots. The ideal candidate has experience working with capital projects – preferably in an EV charging, renewable energy, real estate, construction, or utility environment – and making those projects commercially successful.

Base compensation ($140,000-$170,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary, bonus, equity, and competitive benefits (medical/vision/dental insurance, matching 401(k), paid vacation time, & EV incentive).
