About the Role:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily from your network and industry contacts, focusing on the Healthcare sector. This is a hunter role, emphasizing new client acquisition.
What You'll Do:
Hunting:
- Build strong relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across various industries, with a focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech).
- Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
- Present BairesDev's value proposition tailored to potential clients' senior executives.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Project Management:
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions to meet client needs.
- Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate teams across the sales cycle, including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery.
- Manage and mitigate key risks through tactical planning.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems, with exposure to digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Proven success in business development and closing midsize to enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, and challenges.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation skills and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude.
- Native or fully bilingual English proficiency.
