Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Sales Director who will drive membership growth and sales by building strong relationships, motivating teams, conducting tours, attending events, and developing collaborative strategies. Our Frank Deluca family center is located by the Heart of Florida Health Center (East Ocala) and across the street from Hillcrest Public School. This modern facility is full of families, seniors, and individuals who visit the Y to stay active, social, and grab a bite to eat in our delicious dine-in café! From our new studio spaces, saunas, personal training program, Teen Center, playground for kids, and more—we have something for everyone! As a leading nonprofit, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has a place to learn, grow, and thrive.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
