What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on acquiring new clients among banks and credit unions
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities through direct outreach, events, and referrals
- Deliver tailored product demos and solution recommendations to decision-makers, typically marketing, lending, and executive leaders
- Build and maintain a strong, self-sourced pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast pipeline progress accurately
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and inform product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sales, with a strong preference for direct sales into financial institutions
- Familiarity with the lending/deposit space and/or LOS platforms
- Demonstrated success in a full-cycle sales role with consistent quota attainment
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or fintech experience a plus
