The Adventure: The multi-trillion dollar insurance industry represents one of the largest, most complex, and untapped data systems in the world, which has yet to be fully transformed by artificial intelligence. Your Impact: As a Senior Sales Director focusing on EIQ's Property & Casualty (P&C) offerings, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—within North American markets. You will identify needs, present solutions, establish plans, structure deals, and nurture relationships with prospects and clients. Success in this role requires a sales-driven mindset, agility, customer focus, and excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and tell compelling stories.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts, specifically within P&C insurance, using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs
  • Deep understanding of the auto claims industry, including processes, regulations, and stakeholders
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling across multiple organizational levels, from business champions to C-level executives
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience developing long-term account strategies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a culture of transparency and results-oriented focus
  • Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Resilient and motivated to overcome challenges

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

In This Role, You Will:

  • Prospect and drive sales opportunities through complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact to closure
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level contacts to foster business growth
  • Lead and manage the evolution of relationships within enterprise accounts
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and conduct meetings with prospects' executives
  • Represent EvolutionIQ at industry conferences and events
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage prospect and client activity
  • Collaborate with product management to influence product development
  • Report on progress and strategic initiatives to leadership
  • Travel approximately 10-20% of the time

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($175K–$200K+ depending on experience), lucrative uncapped commissions, and equity.
