Your Impact: As a Senior Sales Director focusing on EIQ's Property & Casualty (P&C) offerings, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—within North American markets. You will identify needs, present solutions, establish plans, structure deals, and nurture relationships with prospects and clients. Success in this role requires a sales-driven mindset, agility, customer focus, and excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and tell compelling stories.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($175K–$200K+ depending on experience), lucrative uncapped commissions, and equity.
