About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow commercial efforts across the Midwest region, based in Chicago. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on accelerating demand, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across the Midwest and broader North American market
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Holding Companies, independent agencies, and direct brands to generate new business
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and implement tailored go-to-market plans
  • Represent the company externally—communicating vision, value, and innovation to clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Own pipeline development and management with a focus on exceeding revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in digital advertising or AdTech sales, especially selling brand campaigns to agencies
  • A strong network of agency and brand contacts, with trusted relationships across the industry
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, close deals, and outperform sales targets
