Location: Germany OR Holland (remote). Can look at remote candidates in other European locations dependent on experience.

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing technology company with 800+ employees and an annual turnover of $180M, specializing in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), security, SD-WAN, and managed services. Our solutions help organizations modernize their networks, enhance security, and accelerate cloud transformation. We are looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional to develop new business and open new logos within the Telco and Mobile Service Provider (MSP) sector across DACH, BNL, and Central Europe.

Role Overview:

This is a hunting-focused role for a high-energy, new business developer who thrives on identifying and winning new customers. As an Account Executive focused on Mobile Service Providers (MSPs) and Telcos, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving new business opportunities, and securing new logos in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new customers in the Telco and MSP space.
  • Engage key decision-makers (CxOs, network architects, procurement teams) at Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators.
  • Promote SASE, SD-WAN, and security solutions to support 5G, private networks, and cloud services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, sales engineers, product) to deliver customer solutions.
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to expand market reach.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the Telco or MSP sector.
  • Proven track record of hunting and securing new business in networking, security, or cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, 5G networking, and Telco cloud.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is required, and proficiency in a second European language is highly preferred. GERMAN is a strong advantage but not mandatory for candidates with a proven track record of successfully doing business with German Telcos. Additional European languages (Dutch, French, etc.) are a plus.
