How you will make an impact:

As a Sales Director, you are responsible for leasing of the community to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy while also establishing a waitlist for future outreach. In this role, you will provide marketing and sales leadership through implementation of marketing and brand strategies as well as prospect relationship management. The right candidate will be passionate about working with seniors, if this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!

Schedule: This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with some after hour and weekend tours required.

What you will need:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with sales management in senior living or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales of senior living or another multi-unit environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
