Credence Innovations is hiring a Sales Development Specialist in Indianapolis and Fishers. You will be in the field every day — engaging consumers and business clients face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations, generating qualified leads, and driving real sales results for our clients throughout Indianapolis.

No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.

What You Will Do

• Engage consumers and business clients face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis and Fishers
• Generate qualified leads and drive new customer acquisition on behalf of our clients
• Deliver clear, confident, and consultative sales presentations that communicate real value to each customer
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active accounts
• Track daily sales activity, lead generation results, and campaign performance metrics accurately
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategy and improve conversion rates
• Grow into a senior sales or leadership role based on your results and performance

What We Are Looking For

• Confident, outgoing communicator comfortable engaging with strangers face-to-face every day
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to hit individual and team targets
• Analytical mindset — you track what works, identify what does not, and use data to improve
• Degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field — preferred not required
• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus — never required
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations throughout Indianapolis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must live in Indianapolis and surrounding areas

What You Will Earn

• $800–$1,200 per week based on performance, paid every week
• Performance bonuses on top of weekly earnings
