Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to initiate contact and verify interest.
  • Receive inbound calls and gather basic client information before transferring.
  • Keep clients engaged and on the line until an agent is ready.
  • Follow approved scripts and maintain compliance with internal and carrier guidelines.
  • Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents in real time.
  • Document call activity, outcomes, and transfer metrics in CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with agents regarding lead flow and call status.
  • Perform daily lead follow-ups and assist with re-dials and priority lead management.
Qualifications
  • Call center, telemarketing, or phone‑based customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Comfortable managing high call volume in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM or call management systems.
