What You’ll Do

• Use digital marketing and social media to promote personal development and leadership education products and generate prospective client enquiries.
• Respond to enquiries and conduct introductory conversations.
• Understand prospective clients’ interests and share relevant product information.
• Guide interested clients through an established information and sales process.
• Maintain organised records and professional follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of eight years’ professional work experience.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage your own activities.
• Confidence using everyday online communication tools.
