The Benelux Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, thinks creatively, understands sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. They should also be capable of assessing company needs and tailoring outreach accordingly.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up.
  • Developing a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process, from marketing initiatives to transitioning leads to an Account Executive.
  • Qualifying leads independently using BANT or CHAMP and moving them through the sales pipeline to convert qualified leads into sales meetings.
  • Managing and optimizing your own book of business and pipeline to ensure strong lead qualification and increased revenues.
  • Handling complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains and customer roles.
  • Driving large enterprise initiatives, cultivating partnerships, and building executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Acting as a proactive resource to help agencies build tailored solutions for their missions and initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology.
  • Native or fluent Dutch and English language skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic presence.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and persuasively to various audiences, including executives.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, especially in large enterprise prospecting.
  • Strong lead qualification skills (BANT or CHAMP) and experience managing the sales pipeline.
  • Experience managing your own book of business and pipeline.
  • Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
