We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Spanish or Portuguese speaking Sales Development Representative to come aboard! Our SDRs will work hand in hand with Inside Sales to generate leads and build customer pipelines. This is an entry-level role with a dedicated growth path and the training to be a great technical sales professional. We are looking for self-starters with a passion for technology and people.

About our team: The importance of our team is never underestimated. We play a critical role in the growth of our organization. We work in collaboration with sales and marketing to identify target prospects and customers. Our team is responsible for lead nurturing and setting qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business.

IN THIS ROLE YOU GET TO:

• Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
• Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns
• Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
• Apply your effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
• Work in a fast-paced environment, taking the initiative to get stuff done, try something new and share your findings with your team

• A passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferred
• Ability to develop strong relationships (both internal and external), and really excel at building long-lasting partnerships with prospective customers

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $75,000 - $89,250. The estimated base salary for this role is $52,500 - $62,475.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
