The Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented SDR to help fuel our growth in the U.S. market. You’ll be responsible for generating outbound opportunities via cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach — no warm leads here. Your job is to open doors and book qualified meetings for our Inside Sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect actively via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads;
  • Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails) with confidence;
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Sales team;
  • Collaborate closely with the closers to ensure a smooth handoff;
  • Keep the CRM fully updated — organized pipeline, no gaps.


What You’ll Need:

  • Fluent English — you’ll be speaking with U.S.-based prospects daily;
  • Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales;
  • Availability to work in Eastern Time (U.S.) business hours;
  • A true hunter mindset — highly motivated, target-driven, and relentless;
  • Strong communication skills — you know how to listen, adapt your pitch, and handle objections;
  • You don’t need to be technical — your focus is on opening qualified opportunities.
