Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Commission: $40,000 - $50,000

On Target Earnings Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Role Overview

As an SDR, you will generate new opportunities with potential clients through outbound outreach, primarily cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified meetings with target accounts
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach
• Understand market opportunities, ICP, and key issues solved by One Firefly
• Record market data and insights
• Contribute to improving outbound tactics and analytics

Minimum Requirements

• Sales experience is a plus but not required
