Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is hiring a Sales Development Representative in the Northeast region. You’ll receive Sandler training, mentorship from experienced Account Executives, and have uncapped commissions while developing into a top salesperson.

No experience is required, only drive, coachability, and willingness to learn. As an SDR, you’ll build relationships, present solutions, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, with ongoing coaching to grow into Account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged
• 0-3 years professional experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and local outreach
• Connect with owners and decision-makers to understand challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ image, safety, and operations
• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation to signed agreement
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges
• Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency

Grow the Business

• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals

Stay Organized

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• 0-3 years of professional experience
