Job summary

Teciem is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support growth across the Americas. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, and collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and expand Teciem’s engagement with banks and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle high-volume outreach, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in sales, sales development, business development, sales support, customer engagement, or an inbound or outbound contact-center environment is preferred.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, financial technology, or enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound calling, email, and social engagement campaigns across new and existing accounts.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities in support of Teciem’s pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Manage assigned demand-generation targets, forecasts, activity levels, and performance metrics.
  • Research target accounts, stakeholders, business priorities, and potential use cases.
  • Identify customer needs and connect those needs to Teciem’s solutions and value propositions.
  • Qualify opportunities based on business need, strategic fit, stakeholder engagement, timing, and commercial potential.
  • Maintain active and relevant engagement with prospective customers through consultative communication.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts, define outreach strategies, and ensure effective opportunity handoff.
  • Support both new-logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships.
  • Accurately record and regularly update prospect, account, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
  • Manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations through clear and timely communication.
  • Build productive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
  • Use sales technologies and data to improve outreach effectiveness, productivity, and conversion.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when communicating with customers and prospects.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary

Teciem is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative, SDR, to support our growth across the Americas. This is an opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop their career within a financial technology organization serving banks and other financial institutions. The SDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through targeted inbound and outbound activities. Working closely with Account Executives and other go-to-market teams, the SDR will help create qualified sales opportunities, build pipeline, and expand Teciem’s engagement with both prospective and existing customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of outreach, and engaging senior stakeholders within financial institutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, financial technology, or enterprise software is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to receive, communicate, and exchange detailed information through written and verbal communication. Ability to use a computer and related business applications for extended periods. The position primarily involves sedentary work and prolonged periods of sitting.

Work Environment

This is a US‑based virtual position. The employee must be able to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with colleagues and customers across the Americas. Occasional travel or attendance at customer, team, or company events may be required based on business needs.
