Job description

With onesome, we want to give as many people as possible access to personal development. For this purpose, we have digitized 30 years of coaching experience of DAX executives and consolidated it in an app. After one year of product development and the development of sound sales processes, we have achieved a level of product-market fit that enables us to successfully approach potential customers.

For the constantly increasing number of leads and customers, we are urgently looking for support in our Sales & Growth team to meet the demand.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
  • Proactively contact potential new customers and work with them to develop team, department and company-wide projects to overcome challenges and utilise opportunities in the HR area.
  • Accompany customers through need analyses during the first steps and inspire them with lasting enthusiasm for onesome.
  • Identify challenges and proactively initiate decision-making processes.
  • Build up and expand our business in Germany, talk to potential customers and get them excited about onesome.
  • Own the entire customer journey – from project development to closing.
  • Prepare a smooth handover to our Customer Success Team after successful onboarding.
  • Create customer needs analysis across different industries and a wide range of solution profiles.
  • Be the interface between the product, product marketing, and marketing teams, and represent the interests of your customers.
What you bring to the table:
  • A customer-oriented, engaging and convincing manner.
  • A strong understanding of sales and a successful track record in selling innovative B2B services.
  • Ability to work independently, strategically, and persistently.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and awareness of the company’s overall dynamics.
  • Strong listening skills, ability to ask questions, and develop creative solutions.
  • Fluency in Business German and English.
  • Residence registered in Germany (for organizational purposes).
No Must, but Nice to Have:
  • Experience and interest in coaching, learning and development.
  • A strong network in the HR space.
  • Several years of experience in a startup or grow-up.
