About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our SaaS products, with a focus on international markets, particularly North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold
calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Global Sales team
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and articulate their value proposition to
prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales ops teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Gain exposure to and work with AI-powered sales tools and technologies to optimize outreach,
lead management, and customer insights.- Share best practices and contribute to the overall
growth of the sales development team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably with SaaS products
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience in international calling, particularly in North America and Europe
- Proficiency in using sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Klenty, and
Outplay
- Experience with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level
executives
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
