About Your Role
Are you passionate about sales and helping customers navigate legal challenges? Rocket Lawyer is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to fuel our Enterprise Sales Division with new opportunities. You will manage your territory, generate outbound leads, and position Rocket Lawyer as a key HR and benefits provider. Success in this role can lead to advancement within our sales team, including roles like Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to grow our SaaS B2B Legal Benefits pipeline
  • Collaborate with managers and account executives on targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Engage with senior executives at target accounts
  • Identify decision-makers within potential client organizations
  • Build a strong pipeline for our Legal Benefits product
  • Communicate the value of Rocket Lawyer's services within company benefits packages
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, cold-calling, lead generation, or prospecting
  • Passion for customer success and delivering valuable legal benefits
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Tech or SaaS companies (preferred but not required)
