Accountabilities:
  • Proactively generate leads and support a high-performing sales pipeline
  • Develop strategic call lists and outreach strategies with sales managers
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and conduct meaningful conversations
  • Identify client needs and articulate product value persuasively
  • Document activities in Salesforce and meet or exceed quotas

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, cold-calling, lead generation, or prospecting
  • Ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • SaaS or tech sales experience is a plus
