Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is a base salary plus uncapped commission. This position is also fully remote. It's a junior role, but has the potential to eventually grow into an account manager role. We are looking for a go-getter. Someone who can hit the ground running and drive top of the funnel. You will be expected to make 30 to 40 outbound emails daily.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily to potential clients
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them to account managers for further development
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage and prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Two to three years of Sales Development Representative experience.
  • Experience working for a large staffing company, BDR, or HR company.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on crafting compelling emails.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily outbound email targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
