Job description

Sales Development Representative-Remote EST and CST Time Zones Only

We're looking for coachable, competitive professionals who want to grow fast and perform at the top of their game.

Must-Have Traits & Skills:

  • 2+ years inside sales experience (preferred)
  • 1+ year of cold calling experience
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed goals
  • High energy, hunter mentality
  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented
  • Salesforce CRM experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French) is a bonus

Remote Requirements:

  • Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet
  • Florida-based applicants:
  • If you live within 75 miles of Boca Raton, this is an in-office role
  • If you live outside 75 miles, remote may be considered

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
  • Remote: Work from home

  • Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission
  • OTE: $90,000+ annually based on performance
