Salary : $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Lead Generation Representative - Affiliations Team
Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental support office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment to help continue Heartland Dental's growth. The Lead Generation Representative is the primary source of inorganic growth for the largest dental support organization in the country.
Help Heartland Dental grow by attracting and affiliating with successful dental practices, owners, and their teams. The Lead Generation Representative will be focused on origination and deal sourcing initiatives for Heartland. This individual will be responsible for proactive outreach to bolster pipeline development. Components of this role will include : lead generation through cold calling and targeted outreach campaigns, data management, CRM utilization, Business Development Representative support, and event execution.

Minimum Requirements :
5+ years of experience in a related field with CRM databases (ideally HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics).
