As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proven Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing team. This role is designed for a self-starter, someone experienced, disciplined, and confident in outbound sales who can hit the ground running.
As an SDR at Ikon, you’ll be responsible for owning the top of the sales funnel — identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through strategic outbound prospecting. You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Sales to build and refine our outbound systems, improve messaging, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to prospect, book meetings, and consistently generate opportunities. A seasoned professional that understands how to put points on the board and make an immediate impact with pipeline generation.
