As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing our seller pipeline and ensuring that we meet the needs of our buyers on Whatnot. You're a fast learner and a self-starter energized by talking to people, solving challenges, and finding the next big sellers to bring onto Whatnot!

  • Deeply understand our end-to-end sales process and collaborate with the team to bring high potential sellers to Whatnot
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify top sellers that are a good fit for Whatnot
  • Identify seller needs and address gaps with creative outreach strategies & discovery, including email, calls, social media outreach, and in-person events
  • Develop relationships with sellers and work with internal teams to drive growth
  • Grow into Sales Manager roles or other opportunities in a fast-paced growth environment

US-Based:

Team members in this role must be within 50 miles of our Los Angeles or New York City hubs.

For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants: $80,000-$90,000 + benefits + equity.

The final salary depends on level, experience, skills, and expertise. This range includes base salary only, excluding benefits or equity.
