This hire will work with the Senior Vice President of Sales and the Manager of Sales Development, alongside a strong team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Account Executives (AEs), to achieve pipeline goals. They will also partner with Marketing and Enablement to build strategic prospect plans, stay organized in the CRM, and drive results.

This is a strategic and collaborative role, and the right candidate is a high-potential, coachable self-starter who is eager to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and grow in their sales career. • Support pipeline growth within existing client accounts by partnering with the team to identify expansion opportunities
  • Understand prospects’ challenges, along with healthcare industry trends and insights, to craft credible outreach

  • Add, maintain, and track business development efforts, forecasts, and activity in the CRM and sales tech stack
  • Achieve (and exceed) your monthly and annual Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) and pipeline targets

  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage, Salesforce, Orum, and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Ownership and Accountability: Owns their numbers, pipeline, and follow-through; honest about their misses and proactive in flagging obstacles early
  • Coachable and Growth-Minded: Actively seeks feedback and applies it, eager to learn the playbook and progress in sales career
  • Resilient: Sustains effort and a positive attitude through the inevitable no's, treating rejection as part of the process, learning from it, and bouncing back quickly

  • Consultative and Confident: A critical thinker able to effectively comprehend complex business issues and communicate in a way that works for varying stakeholders
  • Intellectually Curious: Genuinely curious about prospect challenges and the healthcare market, researching before reaching out and asking sharp questions to understand why
  • Articulate: Effective communicator, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication
