Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Find prospective buyers and cultivate connections via email, social media, and calls.
  2. Contact potential and existing customers to build a pipeline of leads.
  3. Engage with potential customers to assess their needs and suitability of products/services.
  4. Schedule sales demos and meetings.
  5. Manage CRM or contact lists.
  6. Collaborate with teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
  7. Set and report on sales goals.
  8. Conduct customer surveys and compile reports.
  9. Perform administrative tasks and handle customer inquiries.
  10. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Proficient in phone, email, and messaging.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity with CRM, cloud services, VoIP, etc.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Calendar.
  • Proactive with keen attention to detail.

Schedule & Location

US work hours, 20-40 hours/week, remote position.

Salary
  • Entry (1-3 yrs): Up to $3,500
  • Intermediate (3-5 yrs): Up to $4,200
  • Expert (5+ yrs): Up to $5,000
