As a Sales Development Representative II, you’ll play a key role in expanding GAINSCO’s presence in the market by building strong relationships with insurance agents and driving new policy production. You’ll use consultative sales techniques, data insights, and strategic planning to increase agency engagement and performance.

What does a Sales Development Representative II at GAINSCO do?

  • Partner with Sales Leaders to grow agency production through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with agents to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales initiatives.
  • Expand GAINSCO’s agency footprint by onboarding new agents and supporting their success.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agents to drive consistent new business.
  • Support agent training for new markets, products, and sales team members.
  • Lead sales campaigns via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Analyze product data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce to manage follow-ups, track performance, and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to align on goals and share best practices.
  • Schedule and document agency meetings using Salesforce.
  • Educate agents on GAINSCO products, underwriting guidelines, and tools like GAINSCO Connect.
  • Manage agency contests and quarterly bonus programs to drive engagement and results.

What is required?

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role within non-standard auto insurance industry is required.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and Excel to track and analyze sales performance
