Job summary

Kapitus is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative II in the United States to help build new portfolios of business clients through merchant services and funding. You will develop client relationships, manage an active pipeline, and coordinate with partners to drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across multiple prospects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT/Fin‑Tech/SaaS with proven results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong accountability.

The Sales Development Representative II is a key participant in the Sales department responsible for building new portfolios of business clients through merchant services and funding.

What you will do:
  • Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses
  • Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients
  • Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through pro‑active targeted outbound calling
  • Communicate with our trusted partners daily, while keeping Kapitus’ brand image top of mind
  • Consistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily
  • Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients
  • Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal form
  • Track and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Stay current with industry trends to understand market dynamic
  • Responsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the business
What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience delivering
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability.
